Active Minds has made an incredible impact on my life and that of others. As the only organization of its kind (peer-to-peer mental health education/support for college students) Active Minds is impacting a unique population in need of their work. I have been involved with Active Minds for 4 years now and plan to be for many more.

Active Minds is one of the few organizations that focuses on the particular issue of mental health in college counseling students, and they enable their mission by engaging the very population they focus on. Through programs like PostSecretU, the National Speakers Bureau, and Send Silence Packing, Active Minds gives students visually engaging ways to learn more and begin a conversation about mental health. I have been lucky to be a part of Active Minds for 4 years and will continue to assist in their mission for many years to come.
