my name is Halana.i i got take for my birth mother at age of nine years old.then at age of 13 i was adopted then the adopted mother started to abuse my brother and myself..so then i i went to school and told my teacher that i was getting abused. so then i went back in the system so i was a constant run ,i went from foster homes to foster homes.then i started to use using drugs at the age of 14.then i started to go in and out of jail for different charges.then i ended up homeless for many years .so then i ended up pregnant with my daughter at the age of 22
i was still use through out my whole pregnancy with my daughter.so then child protective service got involved and they took my daughter right at birth.so then i move to another city and i was still fight to get my daughter back and i found out i was pregnant and i then i went into have my son child protective service got involved because i had a open case for my daughter.so then i didn't see nothing happen when i was with the my child father so then i had to step up and be the mother, i was calling different programs then i found time for change foundation,when i came into the program i felt very welcome,i been learning alot about myself ever since i came to time for change foundation.
