I love CORD USA as they have a strong mission to sustain social-help programs in local communities through the process of self-empowerment and enrichment. It is not a nonprofit which solely focuses on providing resources and walking away. it is a nonprofit which is committed to each individual's self-empowerment and takes the idea of 'don't give a man a fish to eat, teach a man to fish and he will never go hungry again' mentality.
