W.O.M.A.N., Inc. staff work tirelessly to support the most vulnerable domestic abuse survivors in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Latina women obtaining U-Visa status and transgender survivors of domestic partner abuse. Staff take a client-oriented approach to services, meeting each client's stated needs and priorities in a way that is culturally and linguistically appropriate. The executive director manages a strong, welcoming team whose reputation in the community is characterized above all by collaboration and support for a network of partner and referral organizations.
