I first met Dr Marj Britt towards the end of 2013 when she and Adyashanti engaged in a very spirited and esoteric conversation about awakening and the descent of Grace, via one of Adya's live video broadcasts at Cafe Dharma. I was intrigued by Marj. She was so delightful and enthusiastic - an extraordinary, yet ordinary middle-aged American woman. She seemed to be literally overflowing with joy. At this time I was feeling lost and broken-hearted really about something that was very dear to me which had come to an end.
I am a curious person and I like to explore new possibilities. I was one of a small team that brought Werner Erhard's work to Australia and I also founded The Hunger Project in Australia.
So, when Marj invited us, during that satsang with Adya, to connect with her at Called by Love, I did. Engaging with Marj's teachings and courses has been healing, challenging and incredibly interesting! I have loved taking the "deep dives" with her as we explore new territory and the mystery of life as it unfolds. It seems that we are each called by love so it is wonderful to be here at the beginning of Called by Love Institute and to be supported and nurtured in living this "call".
