Review for Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park Association Inc, Carrollton, GA, USA
My maternal ancestors were some of the first settlers in Carroll Co. and many of them served in military units from this area and are represented on the walls in the park. I am a Vietnam Veteran and my family recorded my information in the park several years ago. I had the honor of researching the records of the Confederate Soldiers names that appear on the War Between the States KIA wall. A number of friends, neighbors, classmates and kinfolk's military information is recorded throughout the park. This park truly represents Carroll County's involement in this country's military history. Vice President Sam Pyle
