I spent 2 weeks of the summer for several years with Lucy in Honduras helping with VBS and Ladies Conferences. It’s definitely worth volunteering to go on a short term mission trip. I have also had the opportunity to help by sponsoring children for several years. There are many opportunities to serve.

I have had the opportunity to go to Honduras with Lucy Clark for the past four years. The experience is life changing for sure. It's hard to imagine that there are people as far away from the city as some of these remote villages are. These people need to know the love of Christ and we have to go to where they are for that to happen. During the trips that I have taken we have taught VBS, a women's conference, provided much needed eye glasses & basic medical care, provided shoes, and shared the love and compassion of Christ. There were 49 salvations in a village that part of our team visited a few weeks ago. There is so much work to be done and so much that we can do to help people all over the world. I am so thankful for XMA and all of the people who are associated with them. Thanks for providing Adventure with a Purpose.
