As a playwright, the Landing Theatre is a unique experience. The fact that they judge hundreds of plays "blind" (without the author's name attached) to the very last minute of agreement sets them apart from other companies and is representative of their goal to produce work that speaks to them and their community. When I came to Houston for the reading, I was so well treated and my play received a strong and well-attended reading. I could ask for no more from any company.
