I have had the amazing opportunity to spend 4 months in Uganda with ROWAN. From what I experienced I can see that God truly has plans for this organization and it is thriving, along with it's beneficiaries. The ROWAN staff have genuine compassion for all the people in their community whether they be orphans, widows or people that are HIV positive. The beneficiaries are spiritually, morally and financially supported as well as given access to health care and business trainings to help them get back on their own feet. I have learned so much from the ROWAN staff and beneficiaries about life, love and never giving up. I am grateful for having met the ROWAN family and will continue to help in whatever ways I can.
