This organization doesn't offer direct services to the community but "campaigns" for dollars as though it does. The internal organization is a toxic environment. The board members are "clueless" about the internal staff / organization and do not provide a "safe" method of allowing staff to approach them. I am not even sure on the amount of involvement the board actually has with the organization they are representing. The pay structure for staff is way off kilter and theY do NOT reward hourly workers on an annual basis. The institution also abuses (I am not exaggerating with the use of "abuses") the employer statement of "and other assignments as needed."
