Contacted customer service 4 weeks ago about an issue with an address for a non profit we donated to and have yet to receive an answer back.

To add insult to injury, tried signing into my account tonight and never received a verification code by text, email or phone.

I am very much involved with two other non-profit organizations in addition to IFED and am privy to their financial information and internal workings.
All three are excellent organizations; however, IFED, under the stewardship of Pat Sullivan, is exceptionally prudent in all aspects of spending related to its mission. This ensures that donor money goes where it can provide the most proverbial bang for the buck. I am often amazed at how much is accomplished with a minimum of expenditure and respect for the donors and the funds they have elected to provide.
