Review for Blind Cat Rescue & Sanctuary Inc, St. Pauls, NC, USA
A very positive place. They help visually impaired cats. The facilities are clean and safe. They welcome contact from the public. They also operate a webcam channel on Ustream. One of the best shelters I know of.
