An ambulance service with a high rate of response and high quality EMTs and emergency service was "hijacked" for financial profit of a few. Now if you need an ambulance, you might get one. Or you might not. And who knows how good care? Many locals will not use them. Cal 911 and ask for AMR out of Canon City or Chaffee County EMS. They'd get their quicker andit would be better care.
