The Alliance has been helping to make NYC a no kill community since 2003. They have worked collaboratively with ACC, the ASPCA, and a multitude of other organizations to make a real difference for NYC's animals. The negative reviews posted by cincigirl, greendream716, and Sharon I. are sadly aimed at the wrong organization. The Alliance is not the city shelter, they do not have a shelter, and do not euthanize animals. They are an organization that provides much needed transportation for rescues and shelters, they provide TNR support through the Feral Cat Initiative, and they host huge events for the other rescue organizations they work with.
