I have seen first-hand the incredible impact The HSUS has had for animals all over the country (and the world through Humane Society International). They are an inclusive organization who works with people from all walks of life who care about animal protection issues - everything from spay and neuter issues, ending the use of gas chambers, banning bullhooks, protecting elephants and rhinos suffering from the ivory trade, working to ban the most egregious practices in the factory farming industry, increasing animal fighting penalties, protecting our country's horses, etc. (I could go on - the list of all of the issues they work on is extremely extensive). My family, friends and I love their good work and support their efforts. Thank you, HSUS!
