Review for Blind Cat Rescue & Sanctuary Inc, St. Pauls, NC, USA

Rating: 5 stars  

BCR is the last chance for about 95 cats. They are here instead of being euthanized. They are given the best of food, medical care & lots of TLC. Their rooms are cleaned daily & would make any house proud person smile.
