I had the Godsend opportunity to attend a Self Enquiry Life Fellowship program in july 2015 ,conducted under the able guidance of Himalayan Monk, Swami Vidyadhishananda. The highlight was exposure to Kriyayoga lineage and meditation practices applicable to house holders. The experience of collective chanting, singing, music and blessing of participants individually by Guruji was indeed unique. The introduction to Vedic knowledge strengthens the belief that man is more than the visible physical self and encourages a journey on this noble path of self discovery.
