My wife and I adopted one of the Chehalis fox hounds from Pasado's. This dog was so damaged from the hoarding environment he was saved from that even now, after almost a year, he's still extremely shy of people - but he's learning what a dog does. The quality of care at Pasado's is second to none - I know that Dooley (our bundle of joy) has a special bond with the Pasado folks that looked after him - and he's building that with my wife (it's more slow going with me).
I've been to Pasado's a good number of times and have never, ever, regretted the middling-large sums I directly donated or enabled the donation of to Pasado's.
Pasado's staff, in personal acts of good will, have also helped us incredibly in bringing Dooley around (and I hate to say, caring for him when we left town - life savers!
