Lady's Legacy has always been extremely transparent and honest with their operations. With the state of many animal "rescues" these days, their openness is of paramount importance to me. When I donate, I know where my money is going, and know that it is truly being used to improve the quality of a horse's life. This is a genuinely great organization, and I've been very pleased with my interactions with them- they are always very responsive and I believe they truly care about placing their horses with the right family- not just anyone. When I am next in the market to adopt a horse, it will most likely be from them as I know they will not mislead me about a horse's characteristics or suitability.
