Review for Veterans Airlift Command, Saint Louis Park, MN, USA
I have had the honor of flying wounded Veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan and find it a very moving experience. These young people have had traumatic injuries and are rebuilding their lives. We are able to give them such a small token of thanks for their service by being able to move them from one place to another in an aircraft that makes it easy to travel with those wounds. They do not ask for much, just a chance to get back into the semblance of a normal life. I am proud to have the opportunity to know and help these unsung heroes.
