I have observed this program arrange really complicated air ambulance missions working with different vendors. I have observed their ability to structure flight routes and schedules to consistantly generate up to 40% savings in cost for families.

Fly many medically indigent patuients to a place of recovery near family when the family has no way of contributing to the cost.

Review for Air Compassion for Veterans, Virginia Bch, VA, USA
I assist in writing fundfing proposals for Air Compassion for Veterans. I know their financial numbers and they spend at least 95% of the funds given for the program - on program costs. They spend no money for fundraising and a bare minimum on corporate administration. I also see the letters of appreciation coming in from Generals to privates. They do outstanding work.

do the full task of providing medically related transport for veterans for about three years. There are no government funds available to meet this need.
