I have volunteered on several occasions for Ssubi.org. I’ve witnessed Laura and her very small team working tirelessly into the night on a scale equal to that of a large corporate charity organization. And they do this for no personal gain other than the hopeful feeling that they are making a difference in areas of the world with below standard medical care. Like myself, if you have never been concerned for the plight of people abroad, then you can help Laura and her Ssubi foundation on a local level… Ssubi diverts hundreds of thousands of pounds of medical waste from ending up in our Southern California landfills, and that alone is worth participating in. And as if that weren’t enough, Laura just recently initiated an E-Waste program AND has made high-end hospital beds available to ALS patients locally and across the U.S. Laura and Ssubi can’t do it alone, and even with my limited funds and time, I am helping Ssubi make a difference and you can too.
