Rest Ministries was an oasis in my desert journey, giving me a place to find comfort and supportive, informative and encouraging messages. What I find makes this a unique and effective ministry and help to others is that it founder and those writing the devotional are all fellow sufferers and speak from an "I've been there" place. This lets those who are just coming to terms with illness see that there is life with illness, you are not a lost cause. It also gives those who are journeying with illness and disability the opportunity to contribute, and make a difference in someone else's life which is also a huge thing!! I am very grateful for this resource and the many people who suffer on and let others into their lives by being contributing members!!! Thanks!!!
