I go to New Orleans every year for my birthday because it's the place that makes my heart happy! Every year I make it a point to go to St.Louis #1 and Lafayette cemeteries. I am always happy to see restoration work being done by Save Our Cemetaries! It's such a shame to see some of the tombs in various stages of disrepair. Thankfully,organizations such as Save our Cemetaries is ready to pitch in and preserve part of what makes New Orleans such a special place. I am planning on moving to this great city within 2 years and I will be donating some of my time to SOC. a truly worthy cause! Thanks you all for keeping it the way it was meant to be!
