No stars. A rescue's job is to help animals. This so called rescue is doing nothing of the sort by using their money to stop a dog from going home. I find that to be 100% hypocritical to a rescue's mission. COSR may be anti breeder, and yes there are bad breeders. Piper has a loving home who went to the ends of the earth to get her home. That is not a bad breeder nor a bad home. COSR is a bad rescue. How can they even be labeled a rescue is beyond me. They should be putting their time, energy, and money into helping not harming.
