I transitioned out of the US Navy in 2013, and was having difficulty navigating the private sector job market. Travis Manion Foundation has an amazing program called MAP-V (Mentorship and Advocacy Program for Veterans) that does a great job of holistically addressing work concerns. MAP-V provides training and mentoring in work values, resume's, LinkedIn, and interviewing. Another part of this program is an internship in your chosen field - which directly contributed to me being hired full-time!

This is one of the few programs that addresses veteran employment holistically and completely. Truly outstanding!
