As a fellow cat rescuer I know how hard it is to place special kitties. Frankie does a wonderful job on educating the public on FIV+ cats as well as assisting the public with placing and adopting these special kitties. FIV+ cats are one of the greatest kitties in the world and are very lucky to have FIV Cat Rescue and Frankie on their side. This world needs more people like her.
