It is a wonderful experience for me as it is transforming my perspective of the world, nonprofit sector and people in a positive way. Serving at my Host Organization that encourages innovation and values my contribution give me a sense of achievement and brings out the best in me. Meeting the best nonprofit leaders for exchange of ideas/experiences to resolve global issues and challenges is also an amazing opportunity to learn from each other and take advantage of diversity.
