I have been involved with the Public Justice Center for more than 10 years and they are with out a doubt the most earnest and committed people I can imagine. But even more importantly they fill the most critical need I can imagine. The need for making sure that we don't just pay lip service to creating a just society, but that it we build one that actually works. PJC does not apply band-aids to social ills, it searches for root causes and tugs on them until they are removed and it often takes many years on a single issue, but the just don't give up.
