I have benefited from Rest Ministries resources since 2000. The encouragement from others living with chronic health challenges - and understanding the needs for understanding and inspiration - are truly met via this site. The online friendships formed ( an option ) also are of benefit for often others who do not live so challenged simply do not understand.

It has never been promoted as a place to get medical advice - clearly its mission statement states otherwise - but it is more the spiritual and emotional support that have it being the top site online to be serving those who are seeking comfort through a life journey that is often filled with times of needing God and others to come in and lift us up.
