One word: WOW! I attended the Ramadan Experience event held at the Fourth Presbyterian Church yesterday. I cannot begin to explain how moved I was with the speakers, especially Mr. Mozaffar who spoke on the stages of Ramadan in a Muslim's life and how that relates to the importance of a Muslim's obligation to his/her surroundings and community. The oud performance following his speech left me in awe. I cannot wait to attend this organization's future interfaith engagements.
