I appreciate the ease of logging onto the computers(i.e. no user id or password needed. I also was particularly pleased to take the microsoft word and excel classes as certificate classes. The lab offers convenient hours and days. The staff consistently offers courteous, attentive assistance. What great people and what a blessing they are to clients.
