The book All Stressed Up and Everywhere to Go has really helped me a lot. I have also shared it with others who have been excited about it. I love the list of negative emotions in the Bible. I especially love how Jesus handled his negative emotions. The resources about who God is also have been very helpful to me. I highly recommend this book to anyone.
