Review for Willow Glen Business And Professional Association, San Jose, CA, USA
This organization is not operating to benefit the majority of its members. Its board voted to allow less than 20% of its members to vote to change the primary method of fund raising, which primarily benefits these minority members. Now no members pay dues, which is in violation of IRS non-profits rules.
