They help feed senior's pets so they don't have to give up their own food to feed their pets.

Review for Blind Cat Rescue & Sanctuary Inc, St. Pauls, NC, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I have been affiliated with BCR for over 8 years. Their care for these "unadoptable" cats is phenomenal. They have provided many years of love, full bellies and soft beds to lay in. Many of the cats came from horrific situations and BCR brought hope and love into the cats lives. Their medical care lacks for nothing. If the cat needs it - the cat gets it. I am proud to be a part of BCR.

Review for Blind Cat Rescue & Sanctuary Inc, St. Pauls, NC, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I have been a volunteer and supporter for over 6 years. I have personally visited so I can attest to the quality of care that is provided for the blind, FIV+ and FeLV+ cats. No expense is spared in their veterinary care and the quality of life that is provided to over 100 cats. Some cats are there a short amount of time and others spend years there. Each cat knows nothing but love, soft beds and full bellies.

Blind Cat Rescue is a forever home to what others consider throw away cats. Not here, every life is worth saving at all costs. I have visited Blind Cat 3 times and every time the facility was clean, like eat off the floor clean, and all the cats were loving and wanting to play. Alana and her staff do an excellent job caring for 105 cats. Blind Cat also sponsors an active Spay and Neuter program. I currently sponsor 2 cats.

Blind Cat gives a forever home to cats that would otherwise be euthanized because they were blind, FIV+ or FeLv+. They operate solely on donations.

This group does an outstanding job saving and caring for blind, FeLv+ and FIV+ cats. Alana Miller is the director and works tirelessly educating people and helping other shelters with assistance with blind, FelV+ and FIV+ cats. She works solely on donations and what ever funds that can be won from contests. She has monthly Open Houses so anybody that wants to learn about Blind Cat Rescue can come and spend time with 90+ cats.
