Downtown Dog Rescue is not only a rescue that helps animals but helps people too! DDR believes in assisting humans so they in turn can help their own pets. DDR goes straight to the root of why so many animals are surrendered to the shelter every year. The work they do is groundbreaking and is a model for all rescues to follow. I am truly proud to be a part of this organization and would urge anyone interested in volunteer work to check out Downtown Dog Rescue!
