What I enjoy about HFC is the emphasis on team building, the focus on culture, and the priority of helping parents help their children. It is a simple but clear model that empowers everyone involved in the mission. I can't say enough about the Leadership, volunteers, or the people of Rwanda and Tanzania that we work with.
