Review for Horsepower Sanctuaries, Paso Robles, CA, USA
I was preparing to donate again, but decided to do some checking around the local community. However, over grazing and disheartened neighbors convinced me to put my money where there is better accountability. Poor management and financial hemorrhage suggest to me that there is something very wrong here.

the Hispanic ranch hands, who probably lack proper worker documents, seem to manage the horse care, cleanliness, feed and care most competently – the sanctuary would fail without their dedication.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
probably lose most of it.
