I'm confused. I thought this rescue was run by Jeff Levine. Has someone else taken over this rescue? I adopted a parrot from Jeff about 6 years ago. I saw nothing wrong with this rescue, they did a home check, they checked our vet references, they did everything they were supposed to do to make sure the bird they were adopting out was going to a safe, loving home. Could someone clarify the problem they had with this rescue? The people mentioned in the bad reviews aren't anyone we recognize.
