I have worked in rescue, as a shelter worker, and as a foster home, foster coordinator/board member, for several years and Merit is absolutely one of the most amazig rescue groups to work with! The volunteers are a close-knit group that make new members feel like part of the family. Not only does Merit rescue, they do a tremensous amount of educating and community outreach, and believe that there are many aspects to saving lives. I am greatful to be part of this group!
