I've participated in several fundraising events for Random Acts and highly recommend it. The charity does great work on a small-scale basis, providing help to people who often get overlooked by larger organizations.

Be aware that most of the 1 star reviews that poured onto this site (in the span of a couple of weeks this year, and one more recently) were part of a fan campaign run by an overzealous SPN fan named "redfawn1966" who did not like RA's star rating and was trying to troll Misha Collins. They should be viewed accordingly under the appropriate critical lens, as I suspect most were written by redfawn1966 and a few of her friends. The claims made in those reviews have been refuted by many of RA's volunteers and donors.
