I can say I have been to the rescue in the last week. I stoped by on.my way to atlanta. I had heard some troubling rumors about the place.They said the were closed for spring cleaning but gave me a personal tour anyway. The birds are well cared for. I have seen inspection records posted on line and are available for anyone to see. The staff was polite and friendly.Currently they are conducting a massive upgrades and renovations. I can understand after 18 years it may be overdue. I see no signs of them shutting down nor did I see any birds with no water, purches, food or toys. This rescue is worthy of my support and it should be for you as well. No rescue this size can survive without your donations and help. The work these poeple do is amazing. please show your support.
