Anyone can go to Henderson House for help, everything is confidential, there's a 24 hour crisis line and anyone can call with questions, for options or just to have someone listen. There's a safe shelter for women and children, they offer several support groups including Trauma Informed Yoga. They have 2 bilingual advocates, plus 5 more advocates so there is always someone available. If you know anyone who needs help or you want to know how to help someone this is the place to go to.
