YOTM is a very unique non-profit that I was recently fortunate enough to find out about. It targets a seemingly forgotten demographic and focuses on self-esteem building excersises and valuable life skills all while giving the kids exciting new experiences on a weekly basis. But what really sets them apart are the people in charge. One of the hardest things in the world to fake is sincerity and the leaders themselves seem to genuinely care about the kids involved. They all take a vested interest in the kids lives away from the organization. I highly recommend YOTM for anyone looking for a top-notch organization that creates leadership and social skills while creating opportunities for growth and advancement.
