I have been a volunteer with the Literacy Network since 2002. I enjoy being part of an organization that continues to grow every year. While keeping up with modern technology, the staff also makes a big effort to take a personal interest in every student and teacher, especially when advice is asked for. They approach any situation with empathy. They always have time to listen and give constructive insights. I am amazed by the growing number of ways they are reaching out into the community. The newsletters capture genuine purpose and enthusiasm. I have learned a lot as a tutor. i really enjoy being a part of the Literacy Network.
