Through my personal communicative experience and skills of being a public servant for over 50 years in my community through radio/TV communications, I have witnessed the extroadinary accomplishments of the Higher Learning Network, NFP helping and influencing Youth, Adults and all of the community to aspiring roles of leadership within themselves as well as others of their peers. I strongly suggest and vote for this orgainization's right to funds to help them further the message of education, which is the road to Freedom for anyone who desires and seeks this from the Higher Learning Network, NFP...
