Review for The Rebecca Foundation, Bend, OR, USA

This foundation is not only providing diapers and cloth diaper info and guidance to families in need, but they are pushing to get WIC to pick up cloth diapers loaning as well. The Rebecca Foundation exceeds my expectations.
