On April 11-12, 2015 I attended the Wellness Retreat sponsored by Strength for Life. As a breast cancer survivor, attending the retreat allowed me to connect with other women who have had similar experiences and face some of the challenges I have during my journey. Debbie and Jacqui structured the retreat so well by having presenters that addressed nutrition, exercise and spiritual wellness. All these are important keys to any patient or survivor. The ladies were fantastic and I had a really nice time! This retreat comes highly recommended for anyone who has been diagnosed, living with or beyond cancer.
