My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for Developmental Disabilities Service Organization, Sacramento, CA, USA
My mom works for DDSO. I helped set up and run the art booth at the Art Fiesta in May, 2009. I also was a Volunteer Teachers Assistant at one of the programs, Employment Plus. I love all of the creative work as I love to write, draw, create and perform too. I love the scarves that one of the programs made. I also love the jewelry they make. I like to make earrings too. The people there are special and make me smile when I see them. This is a great program.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
seeing the beautiful artwork, jewelry and crafts coming from the people.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I don't know.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the people and the creative fun they have making their arts and crafts.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
very nice, creative and fun.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
afford alot more supplies for art and maybe get a nice building to put them in.
Ways to make it better...
I don't know
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
money. My mom keeps bringing things from home to work.
One thing I'd also say is that...
DDSO and E+ ROCKS!
