The Richard M Brodsky Foundation does amazing work with the orphans and the folks living with HIV in Kenya! They help the local HIV and Cancer patients in Long Island with supplies and emotional support. Richard and Jody are inspiring people! I checked on the Richard M. Brodsky Foundation and they are 100% legal to operate as a 501 (c) (3) public charity and they even have their IRS letter of approval and 990 E-Z filings posted on their website, http://5kaidscancer.org/?page_id=982. I really think the Foundation does great work both in Africa and America. Its founder, Richard Brodsky, is a marathon runner and he is living with HIV since 1997 and brain cancer since 2002
